Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable Focus (Yatala)

BJP Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, specializing in Accounts Payable (AP). If you excel at managing financial transactions and enjoy collaborating with a energetic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Overview: As an Accounts Assistant, you will primarily handle Accounts Payable processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process supplier invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Manage invoice reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Assist with month-end accounts closing tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Pronto or NetSuite)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
