Accounts Officer (Yatala)

AE Stainless Direct is a family-owned company, manufacturing mainly stainless steel enclosures for the mining, electrical and related industries.

We are based in Yatala, QLD. Hours are flexible. Happy for someone to work part-time or full-time.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable and Payable processing and reconciling
- Processing monthly statements
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Weekly debt collecting and reporting to management
- Updating job statuses and uploading relevant information for tasks
- General accounts admin duties
- Accurate record keeping

**Skills and experience**
- 5+ years accounts experience required
- Quickbooks experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25
- 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
