**The Company Profile**: With two sites at Brendale and Yatala, our client is a leader in the Australian market for customised packaging.
- **The Role**: We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to work across both Brisbane sites to improve reliability and carrying out preventative maintenance programs across the production areas to minimize plant down time and improve the efficiency of the operation. You'll be immersed in a range of activities from day one, including.
- Our client would also consider part time positions at each site should you not want to travel between sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing breakdown maintenance efficiently
- Creating preventative maintenance schedules
- Fabrication works / Continuous improvement projects
- Prioritization, planning and organizing tasks
- Practicing safe work systems
- Diagnosis/fault finding techniques of mechanical equipment and rectification of faults

**Position Essentials**:

- Down to earth, reliable and value a team focussed environment
- Experience as a Fitter/boiler maker in manufacturing
- Competent to research and find maintenance equipment independently
- Absolute commitment to safe work systems
- Good level of IT literacy/ computer skills
- Trade Qualifications
