**Your new role**: Reporting to the General Manager, we’re looking for someone who's more than just an admin
- you'll be a strategic partner to our team and help make our business even better!
- General office housekeeping including maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with sales and business development activities such as keeping a record of all current opportunities, preparation of project profiles and assistance with proposals
- General formatting, creation, and management of documents (SharePoint, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Office register record keeping of HR documents, office swipe cards, IT equipment and employee licenses and permits etc.
- General staff/contractor onboarding
- Management of office safety data and statistics
- Attendance of meetings and minute taking
- Organising company events, employee travel, and conferences
**Your current company**: IHC Mining is a multi-discipline technology business, with its Australian operations based out of Gold Coast (Head Office) and Bunbury, WA.
The Company is part of the Royal IHC group and is a leading service provider to the Heavy Minerals mining and processing sector. IHC Mining provides clients with geological services, metallurgical test work, practical engineering, specialised equipment and integrated plant solutions and project delivery services.
