- Opportunities to learn and grow into more senior positions What We’re Looking For: Hospitality Management Experience – A minimum of 2 years experience as a Duty Manager experience in the hospitality industry is essential. Venue Operations Knowledge – Strong understanding of all aspects of a licensed venue, including gaming, beverage service, high volume food service, Keno, TAB, cash handling, and compliance. Required Certifications – RSA, RSG, RMLV, CLO, TAB, KENO & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Be an Approved Manager. Customer Service Excellence – Understanding of Club customer service with robust communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Leadership & Decision-Making – Ability to lead by example, solve problems and conflict, proactively. Team Player & Independent Worker – Capable of working both independently and collaboratively and make decisions confidently. High Standards & Attention to Detail – Ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are met consistently. Professional Presentation – Well-groomed and presentable at all times. Hospitality hours are required for this role including nights, weekends & public holidays.
