About our Prospect
As a valued Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral team member supporting the day to day activities of our on road sales and customer service teams. You will be a part of a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service to recent and existing construction and residential customers.
About You
We’re looking for a customer-focused team player with previous customer service experience who is comfortable talking to and assisting a range of customers over the phone. We will of course provide you with all the training needed to thrive in this wide-ranging and rewarding role.
You will also be:
highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
ability to commit to Mon-Fri 8am
