We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Customer Service Representative who possesses great enthusiasm and passion for exceeding customer expectations to join our experienced team in Yatala QLD.

This modern plant manufactures corrugated cardboard boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.

As part of the business support/customer service team, you will be seen as the expert in your field when it comes to providing high level sales support to our sales team when quoting for new work, preparing major tenders, pricing reviews, master data keeping, working closely with sales, planning, production, despatch and other areas of the business.

Your strong organisational and relationship building skills will enable you to develop and implement processes and procedures to continually improve the customer experience and provide superior internal support to the sales team, whilst your analytical capabilities will accurately estimate, quote and prepare thorough tenders to secure profitable work for the QLD business.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, exhibit a ‘can do’ attitude and have a huge passion for delivering results. A background within a rapid paced production/manufacturing environment would be highly regarded as would experience in sales estimating/quotations and the preparation of winning tenders.
