The role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:

Timely response and effective management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet

Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation

Assisting other team members in daily transactions

Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required

About You

As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, positive customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales. Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales will be highly advantageous.

Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous

Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure
