Panel beater (Yatala)

Panel Beater Location: Yatala, QLD Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) About the Role Tyre Turners is looking for a reliable and skilled Panel Beater to join our team in Yatala. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of vehicles, carrying out body repairs, panel replacement, and preparation work. You'll be part of a solid crew with opportunities to further develop your skills across repair and refinishing work. Key Responsibilities
- Repairing damaged vehicle panels to industry standards
- Removing and replacing damaged panels and components
- Straightening chassis and body frames where required
- Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding and priming
- Working with a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures Requirements
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Minimum of 2 years panel beating experience required
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid Australian work rights
- Trade certificate in panel beating preferred Note: This role requires a moderate level of fitness, including lifting, handling tools and panels, and working on vehicles throughout the day. What We Offer
