Production Operator (Yatala)

Agrobest is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of innovative crop protection and liquid nutrition products. We are seeking a Warehouse Production Operator. Previous warehouse and manufacturing experience is preferred. Key responsibilities will be to work with the a small, friendly team to produce (mix) liquid nutrition products, pick and pack orders. Looking for those with a 'can-do' personality.

Agrobest is currently located in Nerang and is moving to Yatala to a state of the art facility within 6-8 weeks. The successful applicant would need to be willing to work from Nerang in the meantime.

**Primary duties include**:

- Forklift License essential
- Assisting in day to day operation of the warehouse & production areas
- Mixing and blending of raw materials
- Handling of 25kg bags
- General warehouse cleaning
- Loading, strapping and wrapping pallets
- Loading and unloading of bulk materials
- Labelling products and filling drums
- Packaging and preparing goods for dispatch
- Operating pumps and hoses
- Stock control
- Manual labour on a daily basis
- Filling and decanting IBC's
- Overtime is also available

- Has a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes
- Previous warehousing experience preferred
- Good initiative and hardworking
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible to work according to work demands
- Experience in liquid manufacturing and/or using pumps and IBC's highly regarded
- Mechanical aptitude highly regarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
