- Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of workshop operations
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer base
- Drive key performance outcomes including productivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and billing cycle
- Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team
- Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve maintenance & service effectiveness
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in a management role within a heavy machinery workshop environment
- Can build solid relationships with customers, colleagues, and leadership
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Has financial management experience, including budgets
- Can evaluate operations and adapt to changing needs
- Has strong computer skills
- Is safety conscious, solutions-focused, and ready to grow
- Is a proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results This role requires specific certifications or licences; we’ll request them later in the recruitment process. Who is RDO?
