Just quality work and a tight team culture. ???? What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Working safely
- Installing mounting systems and solar panels, air conditioners, electrical equipment
- Running cabling and supports
- Supporting electricians and installers
- Keeping jobs efficient, clean and professional
- Representing TMEC properly in front of homeowners ???? What We’re Looking For

- Roofing, solar or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic — we move with purpose
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- White Card and LVR training (or willing to obtain)
- Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
