ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Forklift Operators & Warehouse Labourers to join the team, located at ourKilcoy facility.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Assisting in the loading and preparation of pallets ready for load out
Pick Orders with accuracy and efficiency
RF Scanning
General stock movement within production facility
REMUNERATION:Base rate indicated below. Rate differs according to shift times/days.
Labourer
- $27.57 base per hour.
Licensed Forklift Drivers
- $28.97 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).
Experienced High Reach Forklift Operators
- $38.00 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).
ROSTER
Several rosters across a 7 day per week operation, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime.
Day Shift: 5.00am to 4.00pm | 7 Day Roster
- 4 on 4 off, and 3 on 3 off
Night Shift: 4.00pm to 3.00am | 7 Day Roster
- 4 on 4 off and 3 on 3 off

A current LF forklift licence an advantage
LO Class on licence an advantage
Experience in High Reach Forklift Operations an advantage
Display a high level of attention to detail
Basic numerical aptitude
Quick and accurate picking rate
Solid organisational and communication skills
Able to work in cold environments
Unlimited working rights within Australia
Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
Drivers licence and reliable vehicle or own transport or reliable means of getting to work
Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
