The Role
This is your chance to step into a dynamic, hands‑on role where no two days are the same.
Based in Beerburrum (hello, Sunshine Coast lifestyle), you’ll play a key role delivering our Silviculture program with the autonomy to make decisions, solve challenges, and drive outcomes.
Reporting to the District Manager Beerburrum, you’ll:
Lead and manage contractors safely and effectively
Plan, deliver, and monitor forestry operations
Influence outcomes through solid stakeholder relationships
Work independently while being backed by a supportive team
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor of Forest Science (or related field) with demonstrated experience, ora Diploma of Forestry with extensive experience;
Strong capability in contractor management, including safety, environmental, and quality standards;
Demonstrated skills in budgeting and financial analysis, project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring, problem‑solving and data analysis
The ability to work autonomously in a agile environment;
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; and
A current unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence
(MR Licence highly regarded)
