**The Role**
Boss [Aust] Consulting is looking for a manager superstar to oversee operations at our store.
To thrive in our workplace, you will be required to:
- 1. Be a people person!:
- provide excellent customer service with every interaction and supervise employee development
2. Have quality food preparation and presentation skills
3. Make a beautiful cup of coffee (barista experience preferred but not required)
4. Efficiently delegate tasks, monitor staff performance and create fortnightly rosters
5. Handle fuel products in a safe and clean manner
6. Communicate with suppliers and oversee stock ordering and delivery, in line with current and future store promotions, ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner
7. Maintain company policies and procedures, and keep knowledge up to date on industry standards.
8. Maintain excellent store presentation through visual merchandising, inventory management and stock control
9. Manage daily profit reconciliation, monitoring cash flow and ATM transactions where required.
10. Manage staff rostering and budget to allow optimal growth.
11. Ensure all staff are operating in a safe manner and maintaining Australia Work Place Health and Safety standards and Australia and Recent Zealand Food Safety Standards.
12. And don’t forget! A dedicated, “can do” attitude with ambition to go all the way with our company.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Console Operator: 1 year (required)
