ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver to the operations team an achievable pick/pack schedule while maintaining optimal inventory parameters ensuring orders are shipped to customers within expected time frames.

Publish daily load plan for operations.

Interaction with KGF Logistics and Operations teams.

Working closely with Supervisors, High reach drivers, Load schedulers with constant communications on movement of containers is crucial to be successful.

Load plan published is achievable.

All shifts have explicit picking routes for optimal pick efficiency.

Ensure FIFO is adhered to within the customer specifications.

Demonstrated experience in similar roles.

Solid communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve.

Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed.

Excel spreadsheet experience | nice to have.

Work independently as well as in a groups.
