Female Disability Support Worker (Beerwah)

**ACCORD CARE** is trusted in the provision of person-centred disability support services to NDIS participants. We provide Supported Independent Living, In-home care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Female team members in our supported independent living arrangements in Beerwah to provide Supported Independent Living and Community Access.

The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:

- Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
- Providing positive behaviour support to our clients
- Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
- Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
- Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
- Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team

**What we offer**: Part time/Casual positions

Competitive Pay Rates up to $40.26/hour

Weekend Rate: up to $72.47

11% super

5 weeks Annual Leave

**Qualification/Experience**: Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher

(or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)

Mental Health Experience

Problem-Solving Skills

Challenging Behavior Experience

Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
