About You Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or equivalent Possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience Have a current National Police Check Hold a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle with third‑party insurance Maintain a valid CPR and First Aid certificate obtained within the last six months Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting elderly individuals in living independently at home, with a keen interest in understanding their medical needs
