Join our passionate production team at Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW in a full time perm role, where we pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia. You'll be part of a supportive, safety‑focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day. Our Ridge street site in Bega NSW services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards
- Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets
- Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met
- Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly
- Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement About You
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality products
- Transparent communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Willing to work a 24/5, 24/6 or 24/7 rotating roster, covering day, afternoon, and night shifts Benefits
