**The Role**

Our Ridge street site services many customers in a contract manufacturing capacity focused on packaged, natural and processed cheeses. These include the renown Bega cheese blocks
- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses and an exciting new Lactose free range.

We are looking for Production Operators to join the team at Ridge St on **night shift**! This role is responsible for a variety of food handling and product monitoring tasks, adding and removing product from conveyors, rework rejected product and restock items used in production.
- Casual Positions
- 8-hour shift, 10pm to 6am Sunday night to Friday morning
- Full Time Position
- Machine Operator 12-hour shift, 6pm to 6am working on roster that includes working every 2nd weekend. You **MUST**be available to work weekends.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents
- Monitor, identify and reject non-conforming product
- Be organized for product changes according to the Team Leader and planned daily scheduling.
- General housekeeping to ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
- Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
