We are looking for a confident, punctual, communicative, and sales-focused Mobile Phone Technician to join our young and fun team in Belconnen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose mobile phones and tablets.
- Repair iPhones, Samsung, Google, Oppo, and other devices.
- Replace screens, batteries, and other phone parts.
- Provide clear communication to customers about repairs, updates, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to offer suitable products and services to customers.
- Work carefully and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in phone repairs.
- Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
- Confidence, good communication, punctuality, and a sales-focused attitude.
- A serious and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work well in a young, energetic team.
- Someone who is a quick learner and open to growth.
