Position Overview

Testa Rossa is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Prior experience as a server or a similar role is beneficial but not essential—training will be provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide menu recommendations. Take accurate food orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen. Serve food promptly, ensuring it meets quality and presentation standards. Handle guest inquiries and provide qualified and friendly assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Assist with dishwashing, including cleaning plates, cutlery, and cookware as needed.
