Store Manager Waurn Ponds

The role:

Snooze Waurn Pondsis looking for a motivational and experienced senior leader who is driven, goal-orientated and passionate about customer service. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience.

The role is a full-time Store Manager position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

You already come with the following:

Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred

Previous management experience

Experience in stock management

You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like

The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets

Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you

The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best

Influencing and inspiring the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge

Solid leadership skills and the ability to build robust relationships with all team members

Effective communication skills

Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
