About the Role

Estia Health Grovedaleis a welcoming aged care home in Geelong’s south, offering a supportive team environment where staff are valued. The Client Services Officer is the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, playing a key role in creating a friendly and professional front-of-house experience.

With modern facilities and a strong focus on teamwork, Grovedale provides a positive workplace where customer service, organisation and transparent communication are highly valued. Conveniently located close to shops, amenities and public transport, the home has robust community connections and a genuine focus on resident wellbeing.

This is a Permanent Part Timeposition, working 4 days per week(30.4 hrs)

You’ll be a team player who:

Keeps on top of paperwork
- record keeping, filing, etc

Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families

Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service

Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources

Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
