**Snapshot of the role**: As a manufacturing operator, you will have the hands-on opportunity to learn the entire manufacturing process:

- Material cutting
- Layup
- Oven Cure
- Manual and robot trim
- Final assembly

**What we are looking for**:

- Initially working on day shift however requirement for availability to work afternoon shift (3pm-11pm)
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturing process and with a methodical and careful approach to their work
- A composites background or a proven ability with hands on work, demonstrating careful and sometimes delicate dexterity
- A continuous improvement mindset, with enthusiasm to learn, contribute your ideas and to always "look for a better way"
