Marketing Coordinator (Bendigo)

As our Marketing Coordinator at Untitled Group, you are the person who keeps campaigns moving. You sit at the centre of day‑to‑day marketing execution, supporting Campaign Managers while taking ownership of key pieces of work across campaigns, events and digital platforms. You’re highly organised and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do, you pick things up, think ahead and get it done. You’re comfortable working across multiple campaigns at once, managing competing priorities and keeping timelines on track. You enjoy being across the detail building EDMs, updating websites, writing copy, coordinating stakeholders and making sure nothing slips. You bring structure to fast‑moving campaigns and ensure everything is delivered properly and on time. You’re also someone who wants to grow. Over time, you’ll step into owning campaigns end‑to‑end, taking on more responsibility as your capability builds. Success in this role requires robust organisation, attention to detail and the ability to execute quickly, while maintaining a high standard of work across everything you touch. You’ll ideally have 1–2 years experience in marketing or campaign coordination, with exposure to events, campaigns or digital marketing. About you WHAT YOU BRING

Responsibilities This role requires experience in:
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across events, festivals and tours
- Building and deploying EDMs and social content
- Writing marketing copy across event listings, artist bios and promotional materials
- Updating websites and ensuring content is accurate and current
- Coordinating campaign timelines, assets and deliverables
- Liaising with internal teams including Campaign Managers, Social, Design and Promoters
- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as agencies, suppliers and creatives
- Maintaining content calendars, campaign trackers and shared folders
- Supporting digital marketing activity including Meta campaigns and SEO/SEM updates
- Assisting with campaign reporting and compiling performance insights
