Our Bendigo branch is growing — and we’re looking for a tech‑savvy Customer Care Agent who thrives in a service‑focused role, enjoys problem‑solving, and is confident using multiple systems and digital tools. This isn’t a traditional call‑centre job. It’s a customer support and sales position, ideal for someone who is organised, IT‑literate and great with people. The Opportunity As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help, advice or service bookings. You’ll support our local team by managing enquiries, updating systems, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service. What You’ll Do
- Manage warm inbound calls, emails and online enquiries
- Use multiple IT systems to investigate requests, schedule services and update customer information
- Support customers with troubleshooting (e.g., navigating online forms, customer portal issues)
- Provide transparent, helpful information about services and solutions — no technical background needed
- Coordinate with technicians and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and other digital platforms
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the branch
- Contribute to a supportive, positive team culture What You’ll Bring
- Strong IT skills — confident using multiple systems, screens and software
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, Outlook, Excel and digital tools
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organised in a busy environment
- A warm, helpful approach to customers and colleagues
- Experience in customer service, admin, helpdesk or call centre roles is helpful (but not essential)
