- $109,163 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Responsibilities Connect students with employers, industry bodies, and alumni through impactful engagement activities. Design and deliver initiatives that build employability, protect student welfare, and support organisations recruiting future talent. Collaborate across faculties and leading employers to shape real employment outcomes for diverse students. Engage in industry-facing role with frontline industry interactions.

Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, account management, or employer engagement within a client‑facing environment. Knowledge of graduate recruitment practices and labour market trends to design relevant, timely engagement opportunities for students. Current valid work rights for Australia (visa sponsorship not available).
