Crewing Coordinator (Victoria)

Crewing Coordinator – 22‑Week Full‑Time Fixed‑Term Contract Location: South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contract starts May 2026 and runs for 22 weeks. Eligible to work from home two days per week. Key Responsibilities
- Book freelance crew for outside broadcasts in line with project requirements.
- Manage freelance crew correspondence and emails.
- Create and distribute call sheets and production schedules for broadcasts. Required Skills and Attributes
- Minimum of one year of broadcast or production experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
- Collaborative team player who is self‑motivated and can work autonomously.
