Hours: 32 per week
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year (negotiated)
Employment type: Permanent, full‑time; Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions.
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Languages: Dutch, Flemish, Spanish, Castilian, German.
Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in management.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
