Job Title:QA Tester – Insurance (Claims) & Salesforce CRM
Location: Geelong, Victoria
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience inInsurance (Claims Management)andSalesforce CRMto ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, with a solid focus on claims workflows integrated with Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performfunctional, integration, and regression testingacross insurance and Salesforce-based applications
Validateend-to-end claims management workflowsincluding FNOL, adjudication, settlements, and payments
Design, develop, and executetest cases, test plans, and test scripts
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understandinsurance business requirements
ConductSalesforce testingincluding validation of custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, and integrations
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools
SupportUAT cyclesand ensure business readiness
Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremoniesand contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
Experience inSoftware Testing / QA(manual and/or automation)
Robust domain knowledge ofInsurance, specifically Claims Management
Hands-on experience withSalesforce CRM testing(Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Knowledge ofSTLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
Experience intest management and defect tracking tools(e.g., JIRA, ALM)
Understanding ofAPI testing and data validationis an added advantage
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working inAgile environments
Exposure toautomation tools(e.g., Selenium, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity withinsurance regulatory and compliance requirements
