Content & Social Media Manager (Victoria)

Brooklyn MGMT is a modern talent agency representing models, creators and public figures across Australia. We're looking for a highly creative, organised and culturally switched-on Content & Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day content across our platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands internet culture and trends, and genuinely loves creating engaging content. You'll be responsible for managing and growing the Brooklyn MGMT brand across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You'll capture and create content featuring our talent at photo shoots, events, fashion shows and agency visits at Brooklyn HQ, along with content featuring our team in-office. The Role Social Media Management Manage Brooklyn MGMT's Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts Plan, schedule and publish content across all platforms Community management across all channels Monitor trends, conversations and competitor activity Content Creation Shoot and edit content for Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and Stories Capture behind-the-scenes content at: Fashion shows Workshops Events Shoots Create engaging, elevated and on-brand content Create birthday stories, new signing announcements and community-focused content Assist with content planning and marketing calendars Identify opportunities for growth and engagement Conduct regular competitor analysis Bring fresh content ideas and platform trends to the table About You Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media culture Excellent content shooting and editing skills Robust eye for fashion, branding and aesthetics Highly organised and proactive Able to work independently and move quickly Confident using editing apps/platforms Experience in fashion, media, talent or creative industries is highly regarded Work from our beautiful Brighton HQ and in-house content studio Creative, fast-paced environment Opportunity to attend events, shoots and fashion industry activations Work closely with talent, brands and our talent managers Be part of a rapidly growing modern talent agency To apply, please send your resume, portfolio/examples of work and links to any social accounts you've managed or created content for. #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qcubf
