This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging, and materials across our business to deliver brilliant outcomes.

As Associate, Mechatronics Design Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), you will assist in mechatronics engineering tasks, supporting the design, testing, and development of integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems, and work closely with engineers to analyze system performance, refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and apply engineering principles to enhance automation and intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

Assist in mechatronics engineering tasks, supporting the design, testing, and development of integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Work closely with engineers to analyze system performance, refine designs, and troubleshoot issues.

Apply engineering principles to improve automation and intelligent systems.

Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain accurate and complete documentation.

Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training.

Contribute to the overall compliance of the organization through continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
