ABOUT THE ROLE You will be pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too! You will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role. The main focus of this role includes:
- Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers
- Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them to encourage repeat business
- Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites
- Pick and pack your daily deliveries
- Being a product knowledge superstar
- we will teach you everything you need to know!
- Complete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers!
- Live our values! Hours of work: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).

WHAT DO YOU NEED? To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Licensed to drive a manual vehicle
- MR licenced or willing to obtain
- Forklift licenced or willing to obtain
- Willing to work away from home 2 nights per month as required. All work expenses will be paid by company + you will receive a pre-tax allowance of $100 for each night away.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities
- Computer literacy for reporting and customer management
- Physically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kg
- Customer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goals
- Driven to learn new products and processes.
- High attention to detail
- Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)
- Like to have fun!
