Medical Imaging Receptionist – Vision Radiology Kangaroo Flat (2 Positions Available) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 38 hours per week

We have two exciting opportunities for friendly, organised and reliable Medical Imaging Receptionists to join our team at Vision Radiology Kangaroo Flat.

Full training is provided in Melbourne, with accommodation covered.

What You'll Be Doing Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming way Booking appointments and helping manage daily clinic flow Answering phone and email enquiries Processing referrals, payments and patient paperwork Supporting our radiographers and clinical team with general admin Keeping reception running smoothly day to day

What We're Looking For A friendly, skilled manner with great communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy workplace Reliable and punctual Previous medical reception experience is a bonus, but not essential A robust background in customer service is highly regarded
