Machine Operator (Victoria)

Our client is committed to future growth, innovation, and sustainability, with production running across three 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. You can choose the shift that best suits your lifestyle from Day, Afternoon or Night. The primary focus of this role is operating and setting plastic extrusion machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, and once you are ready, you will be given autonomy and ownership of your machine and production line. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up extrusion machines and performing die changes
- Adjusting line speeds, temperatures, and other critical machine settings
- Monitoring high-speed production processes for efficiency and quality
- Conducting regular quality checks and ensuring products meet specifications
- Working collaboratively with other operators on simultaneous processes Success in this role relies on a robust commitment to safety, quality, and following production procedures.
