The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients. - working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on personal injury and motor vehicle property claims;
- develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
- supervise and train junior lawyers as required;
- regular involvement and direct contact with clients;
- appear in various courts and tribunals Requirements
- an academic qualification in law, and be admitted with a current VIC practicing certificate;
- 0-2 years' experience working in a law firm preferably with experience in defendant insurance litigation;
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail. In addition, you will:
