Childcare Administration Manager Golden Square

- Golden Square, are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team.

About your role

As Administration Manager, you will be joining our leadership team in the Leadership and Governance space.

The successful applicant will be supporting a large team of educators, including a long-standing experienced Director and Educational Leader.

Example of daily tasks may include:

Ordering supplies

Sending out statements to families

Printing weekly attendance rolls and daily charts

Completing reports for the Centre Manager

Processing enrolment paperwork

Updating our medical chart, action plans, medication etc.

Skills and experiences:

WWCC and Police Check.

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Understanding of Microsoft office, phone systems and be customer service focused.

Knowledge of Xplor

Highly developed Skilled Standards

Passionate in achieving the high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Qualities we are looking for:

Experience / Education required:

*WWCC & Police check

*Child protection training

*F/A & CPR

*2 years + experience working in administration
