We are a growing local business looking for an independent and reliable Production Team Member to join our team. This is a versatile role perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a mix of independent tasks and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For The Right Attitude: A genuine willingness to learn and a proactive approach. Communication: Transparent and qualified communication skills. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry or reporting. Detail Oriented: Playing a "Quality Detective" by reporting any product inconsistencies.

What the Role Involves Hands-on Production: Exact testing, assembly, cleaning, and packaging of products. Quality Control: Ensuring every item meets our high standards before it heads out the door. Reporting: Using our internal procedures to document product issues and keep management informed. Teamwork: Following instructions and working closely with the team (or independently) to meet production goals.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour
