Job Description Typical Duties Include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Maintain high store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully replenished at all times. The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- A desire to achieve sales targets.
- You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
