McCrae Dental and Strathfieldsaye are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join the team in our modern practice on a part time basis. About the Role As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our thriving McCrae Dental and Strathfieldsaye practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high-quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and robust organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. Skills & Experience You have:
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) is desirable You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and valuable personal presentation
- An excellent communicator
- both written and oral
- with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
