A growing regional advisory practice is seeking either:

an Associate Adviser looking to commence/continue their Professional Year.

With a team of 3 Adviser, several Accountants and support staff. This practice has the prospect to train and develop you with soft skills which is needed to be a great Financial Adviser.

Are you an aspiring financial adviser who wants a explicit pathway into advice (not just admin forever)?

We’re looking for an Associate Adviser to support a growing advice team and build toward becoming a fully‑fledged Adviser over time.

What you’ll be doing

Preparing for client meetings (fact finds, research, modelling & projections)

Supporting strategy development and advice implementation

Assisting with reviews, follow‑ups, and ongoing client service

Working closely with senior advisers with real exposure to advice processes

About you

You’re driven, organised, and client‑focused

You’re building a career in financial advice (studying/degree in Financial Planning is ideal)

You enjoy learning, taking ownership, and improving processesExperience in an advice practice is valued, but attitude matters most

Salary guide:

$70K–$95K + super (depending on experience).

Graduate salary range considered

within this band on the lower range.
