Key Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to prevent theft and unauthorised access. Conduct regular patrols within the store and surrounding areas. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or customer concerns. Deter theft and antisocial behaviour through robust situational awareness. Work closely with management and, where required, law enforcement. Prepare and submit accurate incident reports.

Qualifications Current Victorian Security Licence. Current Police Check. Current Working With Children Check. Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills. Professional presentation and a calm attitude under pressure. Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
