THE ROLE

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining various types of machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective and protected operation of the machines, monitoring production output, and general production duties.

Operate and monitor machines to ensure they function properly.

Set up machines according to production requirements.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.

ABOUT YOU

This position requires attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach. Previous experience in production or machine operation is desirable however, extensive training is provided.

This position is Monday to Friday on either the afternoon or night shift. Successful applicants may be required to complete 6
- 8 weeks of training on the day shift (7 am
- 3 pm) before moving to the desired shift time.
