Making Cents of Money is a friendly and growing financial planning business based in Bendigo, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our small, supportive team.
This is a part time, in-person role for 15 hours per week. You’ll be helping to keep our office running smoothly, supporting our clients, and working closely with the financial planner.
About the Role:
This part time role is all about helping us stay organised and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:
Contact superannuation and insurance companies to gather research and follow up information
Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling client meetings and internal tasks
Assist with implementing client advice and following up on outstanding items
Answer and make phone calls to clients and providers
General office tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
You’d be a great fit if you:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Friendly, reliable, and a great communicator
- both written and verbal
Comfortable on the phone and happy to follow up with clients and providers
Able to manage your time and work independently as needed
An interest in personal finance or financial planning is a plus, but not essential
