Electrical Apprentice (Bendigo)

Holloway Air are seeking an electrical apprentice to join our expanding Electrical team. As an Electrical Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of electrical work. Under the guidance of licensed electricians, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment. This role offers structured training designed to develop your skills and knowledge in the electrical trade. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Participate in educational opportunities and TAFE training to learn the skills of the trade. Requirements:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.
- Construction Induction card
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles is a plus but not required.
