The focus of the Facilities Controller role is to ensure all of the hard maintenance services at the Precinct are delivered in an effective and effective manner. The health environment requires an experienced individual who is able to plan, organise and prioritise their work in order to meet targets and strict deadlines. The development of effective working relationships with both the Operator and other members of the contract team is essential. The Facility Controller role is responsible for providing the first line maintenance response to the Precinct, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Support members of the team, especially the Help Desk personnel so that contractual requirements to the Operator are met.
