What you'll be doing Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences Drive sales performance and smash targets Create a high-energy, positive store culture Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success Run a smooth, effective operation—without ever compromising on service This is a newly created role opening due to business growth.

You will still have a base store and will eventually move into your own new or existing store.

What we're looking for Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent) Experience
- Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level an advantage This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must.
