Credit Controller 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Victoria

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and proactive Credit Officer to join a well-established national business on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This role would suit someone early in their finance career who enjoys building relationships, is confident on the phone, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and manage collections in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Joining a collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring timely payment collections while maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and follow up outstanding payments Conduct collections activity in a professional and relationship-focused manner Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and unknown payments Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records Liaise with internal sales and customer service teams to resolve queries Update financial information within the ERP system Ensure compliance with internal credit and finance policies About You Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit or Collections preferred Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships Comfortable working in a quick-paced team environment What's In It For You?
