We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team.

Overview

Asset‐handled, ownership‐driven retail leader. You will work hand‐in‐hand with the team to manage stock, execute core processes, and set clear standards by doing, not directing.

Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team.

Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service.

Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness.

Build a capable team that understands explicit expectations.

Hold standards consistently and address performance directly.

Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability.
